Swetrix Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By signing up for the Swetrix ("Affiliate program") you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

  • No self-referrals
  • No coupon, deal, loyalty, cash-back, rewards or virtual mall websites
  • No infringing on our or any anyone else’s intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights
  • No cookie stuffing or altering
  • No adware, spyware, loyalty-ware or any such software
  • All referring links must be verifiable/traceable (pretty links permitted)
  • No violate any laws, rules or regulations
  • No purchasing of domains/URLs that contain the words "Swetrix" or "Swetrix Analytics" to be used as a forwarder to your affiliate URL
  • No purchasing of ads/advertising that use your affiliate URL or link to a page on your site promoting our affiliate program
  • Do not include our affiliate links or program in any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, harmful to minors, or contains nudity, pornography or sexually explicit materials
  • Do not include our affiliate links or program on discount websites, coupon websites, or deal websites
  • Your website cannot in any way copy or resemble the look and feel of our website. You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are Swetrix or any other affiliated business
  • You may not engage in cookie stuffing or include pop-ups, false or misleading links on your website. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring URL information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating)
  • You may not use redirects to bounce a click off of a domain from which the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain
  • You may not use any of our company or product names, terms or slogans as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website (e.g. swetrix.yourdomain.com or swetrix-coupons.com are not permitted)
  • You may not use our company or product names, terms or slogans as part of your social media profile name, username or handle (e.g. twitter.com/swetrix-discount are not permitted)
  • You may not purchase ads to promote our affiliate program or your affiliate link

If you intend to promote our affiliate program via email you must adhere to the following​

  • You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187) and all other applicable laws and regulations with respect to our affiliate program
  • You must not use unsolicited email, SMS or other messages that violate any law or regulation
  • Emails or other communications must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the communication is being sent on behalf of Swetrix

Swetrix can always cancel or change this program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Swetrix reserves the right to cancel or reverse affiliate payouts due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and program violations as outlined in these terms and conditions.

Swetrix may also cancel your payouts or suspend your account if we believe you are engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity or if we believe that you operate in a bad faith.
